Order, Delivery and Returns Information

Shipping information

Handling Time

All orders, received before 3pm Monday-Friday will be shipped on the same working day. Orders received after 3pm will be shipped on the next working day. Orders received after 3pm on a Friday will be shipped on Monday. This excludes bank holidays.

Shipping costs

  • Standard Shipping Tracked 48, 2-5 working days - FREE for all orders.
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24: 1-2 working days - £2.99
  • DPD Next Working Day Delivery: 1 working day - £4.99 for UK Mainland orders.
  • DPD Saturday Delivery - £10.00

Royal Mail Shipping Information

ROYAL MAIL Tracked 24 is NOT a guaranteed next day service. We will not reimburse should a Tracked 24 parcel not arrive next day.

DPD Shipping Information

DPD will require a signature and/or a photo as proof of delivery and will not post items through the letterbox.

Please note, certain postcodes, such some Highland, British Isles and Northern Ireland will incurr a higher DPD shipping rate. This will be calculated at checkout.

General Shipping Information

If an order is returned to us by the
courier as undelivered because of either a customer's refusal to accept the delivery, or the customer not responding to cards left by the
courier requesting contact to arrange re-delivery, the charges made to
us by the courier will be the responsibility of the customer. At present the charge to us for any order returned as undelivered is £6. The extra
postage charge for re-delivery of such orders will also be the responsibility of the customer.

The original postage fee will not be refunded.

If our couriers are unable to make a delivery due to adverse weather conditions your order will be delivered as soon as possible. Unfortunately, due to these conditions being out of our, and anyone else's control, we will not be able to refund any additional postage paid for next day delivery.

We reserve the right to use an alternative carrier should there be an unforseen issue with the carrier chosen. For example should an item not be permissable with one carrier we will use
our alternative carrier at no extra cost to yourself.

Mouthguards.co.uk is owned by IndustraCare Limited as such all delivery correspondance will show IndustraCare and not Mouthguards.co.uk

International Shipping

At this time we are unable to ship orders outside of the United Kingdom.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return an order

We have a 30 day return policy, for all orders that are unopened, unused and in re-saleable condition. Return costs are at the buyer's expense.

It is vital that all mouthguards and/or nightguards are unopened. We are unable to accept any return of mouthguards that have been taken out of their original packaging.

If you believe your mouthguards to be faulty please contact us.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer unless faulty.

How to exchange an item

If the item you have ordered isn't suitable, please contact us via the contact form on our website. The original item will need to be returned for a refund and a new order placed for the correct item. This allows us to upload fresh tracking for your new item.

How to package returns

Returned items must be in a new and unused condition, with
all tags and packaging included. Please cover the product box as
received in a plastic bag or box, so that no tape/ labels etc. are on
the actual product box. All returns are checked by us before a refund is
issued. We will not accept return goods that are not in a saleable
condition. If we do not receive items in a satisfactory condition we
will either return the item back to you at your cost or process a
partial refund only.

We would advise you to at least obtain a proof of posting
when returning goods, as loss or damage during return is the
responsibility of the customer.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Faulty items

If you believe your item to be faulty, please get in touch as soon as possible. We may request images and subsequently forward to the manufacturer as warranty claims are handled by them directly.
